The following regulations and rules must be kept with the participation in our program. They are accepted with the registration and are obligatory.
Prohibitions are sides, which apply the following contents contained and/or: Racingism, force, stolen material, software, audio, video and all other contents, which offend against German laws. Affiliate must be owner of all legally protected materials and registered registered trade marks, which are indicated on your side or used in the Meta tags.
Affiliate partner may force visitors in no way to click on ours left. Klicks in any way to generate is forbidden! All Klicks must come from a web page. No newsgroup Postings or Spam Mails! To everyone click must the result of a surfers be, who clicked on ours left. Banner exchange services may not be provided with ours left. Klicks without a Referrer are not counted.
Ours links may not be opened in a new window or Pop UP. If your page uses Frames, our URL must be opened with the day target="_top ". Our sides may be never indicated within a Frames. Each side, which contains our links, must be part of a web page, which is regularly called with the attendance of a surfers on your sides. The link to us may not be only, or part of a small, contents of the web page.
We reserve ourselves the right to examine in irregular distances all link sides to us.
The disregard of these rules leads to the deletion of the account as well as existing assets and involves if necessary legal steps.
